June Meeting
« on: May 19, 2008, 12:30:50 »
Ok, so I think we decided that I would host June's meeting. I don't have much of a tank to look at, just my little 29 gallon and my empty 180 in the wall ;D, but if you're up for just hanging out, I'm more than willing to host. I'm in Beavercreek, so hopefully we can get some people that aren't able to make it to the other meetings because of the distance.

I'm flexible on time. We could shoot for something like 4 pm, but if someone has a preference, please let me know and we can do it earlier or later or whatever.

I'll provide food and drinks. Probably something along the lines of burgers and hotdogs, and that kind of stuff. Kids are welcome as well.

I work the weekends of the 14th and 29th. Either the 21st or 22nd would work best for me.

You don't need to bring anything, just yourself and any questions you may have.

Thanks Scott. I was out of town this weekend, and forgot about the poll.

Ok, so what time works best for everyone? If no one has a preference, I'll just say something like 4pm.

Also, I was thinking about doing pizza instead of burgers and stuff. I'm really not a good cook, so you guys wouldn't want to eat anything I made. Are there any toppings on pizza that people are allergic to or absolutely do not like. Any special requests? I'll probably just order a bunch of different kinds, so there's some variety to choose from.

Oh yeah, I also might need to know how many people are coming, so I have an idea how much food to get.

If you need directions, PM me.

I'll see you guys on the 21st then.

That would be cool. The puppies can play out back, then my dog won't drive everyone crazy.

You can count on me as of now. Just depends on the farm work.  I need some directions tho.  I am still learning about saltwater tanks and just trying to get some more info on them.

That is literally like a mile from my house, if that. I would offer to pick you up, but I kinda need to be here when people start arriving.

I love looking at other peoples fish tanks if where were going has one and i am guessing it does and you could possibly take a look at mine and give me some pointers when you come pick me up. Like I said wife is out of town for 2 hole days i get to enjoy it.  ;D

Thanks Jenn!  Your tank looks even better in person.  Can't wait to see what you do with the big tank.

And it was nice to put faces to some new members.
