Need some advice re chlorine and reusing a coral skeleton or rock

I have tons of dead coral skeletons and live rock rubble from frags.  It has all been bleached in chlorine bleach, rinsed, and dried, and much time has passed.  What do I have to do to use this material as frag base material?  It has no discernable odor.
