Refugium lighting

Looking for recommendations on good refugium lighting. I can't seem to grow chaeto what well but i can grow mangrove pods and caulerpa, may be a flow issue but I've seen pics of people growing this in what appears to be buckets so I am assuming a better light is needed. An suggestions is appreciated. Will be setting my my new tank soon and want to get this set up.

Ohioreefjr and I are running an LED grow bulb we picked up at Menards.
