I will be talking to the owner of The Depot Coffeehouse (urbana) to see if we can have a meeting/swap in April... Not sure how it works with this forum or anything but would love some more info

I was recently assigned to training in Texas for may and June.  Could I please reschedule for April?   That should be good fishing weather if this trend keeps up.

If youd like to host at the depot i can make it happen if anything wusue.. Let me know! Susan the owner told me it would be awesome and it could be part inside and part outside since weather is good and it is roofed outside as well... Im always at the depot up for some coffee

I love their coffee and I wouldn't mind picking up some to brew at our house.  My mom swings by there bi weekly to pick up coffee grounds for the gardens. 

But I really wanted to host at our place. We recently completed our build and wanted to show off a bit....lol.

And  I may hava a mini marine aquarium intro expo at the depot to get more people/college students into the hobby in april sometime, lots of cool people go by there

Sorry for the late notice but Sarah and I are not going to be able to host Mays meeting. I am hoping someone else can host this month.

With summer activities winding down anyone up for hosting a meeting September 29th or in October?

Newport rep just contacted me the other day, and wanted to know if we would like to come back out again this year? If we have enough interest I can get something back together with them... Maybe we can set up to have the meeting in a local restaurant before the aquarium or i can see about them letting us use one of their rooms... I know last year we had a great turn out but we were scattered around and no one really got to meet anyone.

Let me know the interest... We haven't had a meeting in alittle while so it'd be a good time for some giveaways?

This would be open to anyone(family,friends,non members, etc) open event just like any of our meetings.

So let's finish the year the way we kicked it off.    With a get together.   Let's pencil in Saturday 12/15/2012.   We'll pick a restaurant somewhat centered on those who will be coming to the meeting.
