Are there any members that have some free time and would like to help plan a Dayton frag swap for this fall?
It consists of:
-Determining a date with least conflict with local major events such as sporting events or other tri-state swaps
-Seek out local venue appropriate for a frag swap
-Advertise on Facebook, Instagram and other social networks
-Book vendors and hobbyists tables
-Solicit assistance to help setup, tear down and work the door
Raffle not necessary. Only if you wish to do it. They have been less popular in recent years. Some retailers will provide swag to give out for free at the door.
