Still haven't been able to figure out how to participate in the voting here.  Top thread shows a 1 through 8 but are not selectable

Just say you like #1 so much you want to vote twice for it and they will count it. If you don't like #1 that much, I'm afraid I can't really help you

I'm in an iPad and there are no boxes next to my numbers

I dug into the voting permissions,  you didn't have permission.   We had a problem a few years ago where someone created accounts Just to vote.    You should have permission now.
