3watt led vs 1 watt led

I have a 155 bowfront, 25" deep. I can't decide between two choices in same footprint.. .3 watt led, 150 watt total, or 1 watt led's, 165watt total.  Footprint is approx 16x8". Should I go with 2 or 3 of these unites to cover 72". Both are 50/50 an can be dimmed independently.

3 watts all the way, be sure they have some sort of optics on them, otherwise it's going to be very tough to get the light to penetrate lower in the tank.  You going to want 3 units in my opinions, but that can depend on what you want to keep.  Post up a link of what your thinking of buying and you want to keep, and I'm sure we can help guide you to the proper decision.
