Sounds to me like someone is in the biz of selling some fish fools there dream. You buy it then realize that you have a few rows of tanks and a counter with some fish food and you just payed 80g's.

I used to live down in that area.  Pretty accurate discription of the area and there are a lot of professional athletes living around there.  The pics of the palm trees makes me want to move back down right now.
