Hi Chris and Welcome to Ohio Reef. The tank looks really nice and I would have never known you had a crash only a few months back. Definitely looks healthy and happy.

What is your water change schedule? What are you dosing? How are you checking your water parameters after dosing to make sure your are dosing correctly?

water changes i have a 6 stage ro-di from water mfg. first before hand then use instant ocean salt i do around 50 gallons every 2 to 3 weeks closer to 3 weeks i have a 55 watt uv i use when addinng new corals or fish just to run for week or two after new addition.. but i have tryed everything i am axually on a no skimming method now and i will say i have had great results for the past 2 weeks without it!!  but still not much growth i have 3 250 watt hqi lights there 14k xm bulbs thinking that might be the problem is lighting anyone else use these bulbs with mush results???

Well if you are on a no skimming method I would  stick with soft and lps corals, I think you would have a hard time with sps with no skimmer
