This is your club and your chance to get involved. The 2014 Ohio Reef Frag Swap, which has vendor booths sold out and looking to be bigger than ever will be held March 29, 2014.

Where does the money go from the swap? Money raised at the swap goes to providing for costs of running the club (web hosting, registrar, graphics), club tools, club give aways, ect.

What do you get for helping? You get a newly designed Ohio Reef t-shirt, admission into the swap free (already free if you're premium member), and a free meal. Most importantly you get to help, and support the best group of reefers in Ohio.

Volunteers are needed for the following:

Friday Setup: Lazylivin will open the doors to the venue at 5pm Friday. This will be setting up of tables, electric, and possibly getting the raffle setup.

5:00-6:00pm - Ohio Reef member setup only
6:00- 9:00pm - Vendor early setup

Saturday Setup: Doors will open at 7am to finish any setup and let vendors get setup a few hours before opening. Volunteers are needed for taking money at the door, and selling raffle tickets during the swap. The same time slots will be used as was used last year.

Collecting & stamping: we will have 2 people doing this @ a time.

Aaron and Tyler

Cleanup: Everyone is encouraged to stick around and help cleanup. The more we have helping the quicker it gets done.

The help is much appreciated chromiumlux.

More volunteers are needed for cleanup, and tear down. The more that help the faster we all get out of there.

You can add me to cleanup, as I will be around for that aswell...

I spoke with Brian today and we will be at the hall Friday around 4:30, I will coordinate this time with Leslie so she is expecting us around then.

I believe we had discussed bringing soda for the workers, what are the preferences on soda/water?

I can help where needed during the event whether at the door or raffle etc.

Glad you are making the swap this year Andy. I believe my grandson is coming so that will be an extra hand with cleanup.
