The meeting will be at 3:30 pm at my parents' house. It is over in the Bellbrook area. The address is:
3360 Avonley Ct.
Bellbrook, OH 45305
If you're coming from Huber, Vandalia, or anywhere on the north or west sides of Dayton, the easiest way to get here is to take 35
east.
Merge onto 675
south, then take the next exit: Indian Ripple Rd.
You'll turn
left at the light on top of the exit ramp (will want to be in left lane as right quickly goes away).
You'll go through three lights, then turn right at the fourth,
Darst Rd. There will be a liquor store right before the light and a Speedway on the other side of it.
Follow Darst through the residential area, a sharp left, and a 4-way stop. It will change to Stutsman Rd. at the stop.
Keep going until your next stop sign which will be S. Alpha Bellbrook. Make a
right.
Follow this to the stop at Feedwire/Upper Bellbrook (you should see the high school across the road). Make a
left there.
Take the first
right, Kable's Mill Rd.
Take the first
right, Heritage Trace Dr.
Take the first
left, Avonley Ct.
Coming from anywhere on the south of Dayton, it may be easiest just to take 675
north to Wilmington Pk.
Take the
left at the base of the exit ramp and get immedeately into the right lane so you can turn
right at Feedwire.
Take Feedwire out past Upper Bellbrook and you will go by S Alpha Bellbrook shortly after the light at Upper, which is where Feedwire changes into Upper Bellbrook.
As you pass S. Alpha, the directions become the same.
The house is the one with the sloped driveway. We're also the only house with a real tree in the yard (no jokes please
) and there will be at least one Saab in the driveway with an MSU sticker on it. The only place you can't park in the cul-de-sac is directly in front of the house because there's a fire hydrant right there. Don't worry about the basketball hoops, but I can tell you that if there is a decent showing, people will need to park on adjacent streets.
We will probably do hot dogs and burgers for food. If you're a vegetarian, please feel free to send me a pm and let me know so we can be sure to have enough veggie patties as well. For everybody, if you want to bring some kind of side dish or a desert, feel free, but it's certainly not required. And, of course, an rsvp in some form to me would be great so we know how many people to expect. Finally, I can be reached via pm or this number: 937-689-1396 if you have any questions.
Thanks and see you then,
Lisa
