We can discuss the frag swap and club going ons, as well as look at the fish tank.

I am trying to get the food work shop going, had some issues keeping me from this sorry.

Please bring a chair if you would like to sit.

21st is great buckeye challange at Buck Creek in Springfield. Im doing a Sprint Tri that weekend and an olympic distance tri 2 oct at deer creek

I did only one sprint last year, to many TDYs messed up my training and schedule. This year I've gotten plenty of swimming and running in, I just can't make the time to bike.... That and I need to recondition my bike (GIANT OCR3- 10yrs old).
