New From Beavercreek
« on: September 10, 2014, 17:25:24 »
Hello all

Known about Ohio Reef for awhile been to a couple of the frag swaps. Just never got around to signing up as I was on other forums. So anyway due to lack of intrest on some of my other forums decided to try Ohio Reef out.

I moved to Beavercreek in 2012 same year I got in to reefing. I had always wanted a reef but being active duty military made that impossible. So I got out and dived in. Been keeping fresh water since 1995 aprox. I currently have a 180 gallon planted, 75 gallon mixed reef, 28 gallon planted. I am currently doing an upgrade on the reef to a 180 gallon. I will make a tank build post here in a little bit so you can see what going on with the build.

Topekoms sucks. Don't listen to anything he says.

Just kidding. He's a couple-year buddy and fellow Beavecreek reefer. Definitely check out his planted 180. He's accomplished what ticked me off (actually growing underwater vegetation) so much in the freshwater world that I gave up and stuck with what I do right - growing coral.
