DIY Ceramic Coral Mount
« on: September 29, 2013, 00:01:29 »
Does anyone know anything about making ceramics? I want to shape some pieces that I can use to mount corals to. Looking to know where to buy the clay and where I can have it fired after I shape it. Let me know if you have any info. Thanks

If you talk to a local school art teacher (I'm sure they'd do it for a small fee) they probably have kiln that they could harden the clay up in my school has one and were not a big city

I have an ex-coworker that works in pottery the time.  She's in C-bus however........but if you want me to reach out....lmk.  Also....look up cermaic/pottery shops in your area.....I'm sure someone there could lead you in the right direction.

THanks all, I found a place not to far from me that looks like might be able to help me out.
