I bought a pincushion urchin this weekend, and he is moving around, eating, happily, but I've noticed a couple spines laying on the rocks here and there. My shortspine doesn't lose quills at all. He seems healthy, and has lots of quills, but I've found about 10 over the last week. Is he stressed/sick? My nitrates should be ok, but I will check tonight.
