What kind of worm is this?

Sorry about the crappy picture. But I saw this on my aquarium glass the other day but caught it today. It's all curled up in the picture, but when it was on the glass it was about an inch long and had long stringy looking things hanging off of it.

It's the red blob in the middle not the Bristle worm.

I looked those up and I believe you are right. are these guys safe? Or are they like bristle worms, some like and some hate them?

I've never had a problem with them.   I have some living within a colony of zoas.

I have one in my tank living under my zoas frag, and the only way I knew it was there was from the tentacles coming out. I did research and they are good at cleaning, but if they start wrapping around your corals and keeping them closed, it will begin to harm the health of the coral...but thats the only negative thing I have found out about them.
