if I raise my orp from 300 to 500 will it rid the hair algee outbreak

my zoe tank has a hair issue and I am tring to get rid of it, water changes and tech m set at 1500 isn't helping at this time

ORP isn't directly tied to algae, so generally no. That being said..

A hydrogen peroxide dosing regime might help, and would likely raise ORP as well (peroxide is an oxidizing agent).

I haven't done it personally, and you'd want to research the best practices for dosing amount (ie, 1ml/10g of tank water is one recommended dosage.)
