Title: Apex won’t connect to fusion

Have, new to me, apex classic.  Apex was factory reset and I made an account on fusion 2 weeks ago.  Got the tank I’m using it set up and now have the apex with the tank. The apex it hard wired with cat5. I’m getting a disconnect error on fusion now. Router ip 192.168.1.1
Apex ip 192.168.1.114. Was reading forum and reset on display 3 times still not working. Already reset router and all that stuff so that isn’t the issue. I set up the apex on fusion with the 3foot Ethernet provided and I tried the connect with that cable and still getting the error. All my other devices are working on the WiFi.

on the display, what does it say when you scroll down to "Apex Fusion"? does it say Link or Down?

Have you tried going to http://192.168.1.114 in web browser?

Have you seen the Apex Comprehensive Reference Manual?

I don’t have the yellow light on the router. Only green.
Green and yellow on apex though

It asked for username/password. Not sure what it wants. You mean on a computer right?

ok...so now we know that it is working. and that it has network connectivity. 

on the display... if you press the center button when you have "Apex Fusion: Link" highlighted, you should be given a Link Token

Awesome!

being new to Apex, I highly recommend that you use "Tasks" to set it up.

Click on the drop down menu at the top that shows the name of your Apex (probably "apex") and under configuration there is an item called Tasks. There you can select individual items you want to set up and it will walk your through it step by step.
