parasite's on GSM

 my GSM which has been in hypo for 6ish weeks has some things coming out of her head. look similiar to eye's that grow out of potatoe's. very much larger than the ich parasites she had before hypo. male looks fine & the other 2 fish look fine. any idea's ? or links to some pics i can look thru ? all fish seemed clean of anything for quite awhile now.

 i read that post right after i posted. these don't have a cauliflower look. also looks like they are sticking out of my fish farther.
