I am very pleased with my experiences here in the past with Aquariums Etc. Joel takes the time to ask what your seeking and what you have. He also does not rush to sell you the 'awesome' looking fish that costs $100 bucks without being sure that it will do well in your tank, and has been doing well in his.
I suggest that a lot more people take advantage of going to his store.....he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and his prices are right!
Much Love to Aquariums Etc. (and I'm not knew to the game, I like the way the man handles his business, one of few clean, well taken care of fish stores in the Cinci/Dayton area.)

All my experiences with Joel and Aquariums Etc have been great. Joel's aquariums are always clean, unlike most other shops in the area, and Joel always takes the time to respond to my questions, whether in person or by email. I've spent a lot of time in other shops around the area and throughout the state, but Joel is the only one who calls me by my name and remembers what types of systems I have and what my expectations are, etc.

Yes, and you also work for Joel at Aquariums Etc.,where excellent customer service and a strong saltwater knowledge base is expected.

Thanks you guys, that's nice of you to say.
We try and are open to suggestion as to what we can do to be better.
If we don't have something you want or if your experiance at the shop was not a good one, I'm all ears - I want to hear about it.
