I haven't bought a lot of from them. I'll definitely keep this in mind if I consider getting anymore.

I have ordered pods from them several times and never had an issue.that sucks, sorry for your bad experience

They sponsor our frag swap. And I believe we have done group buys thru them in the past. Everyone messes up from time to time. If they made it right by you I would let it be.
