I'm using the 5 gallon bucket my salt came in.

I am using one of those 5 gallon water cooler type jugs.  the ones with the skinny necks.  the only problem is the wife doesnt like the "stink" from the run off waste.

If you have the lid to the jug, drill a hold in the lid the same size or a little bigger than your tubing. After the hole is drilled, hot glue the tube to the lid. This should eliminate any smell coming from the jug and you should still be able to take the lid off to pour out the skimate.
