Finally got my 7 stage setup, runs 50psi without booster, but it will max out the gauge with the booster on. Too much pressure? Do I just valve down the output from the booster pump? The higher the better (especially when the water gets cold this winter) But check the pressure rating on the downstream housings. Some are often only rated for 75psi.

BRS recommends 50-80Psi. Pressure over 90 PSI may cause damage to the RO/DI units filters and components. FYI.

I tried to adjust the booster pump pressure down, I could only get it to go to 90psi before the adjustment screw started leaking.

Should be fine.
