This looks like a neat idea and wondered if the board would be up to it if people on the forums showed enough interest?



CORA 2014 End of the Year Holiday Party
Since we had such a good time at the bowling alley last year, we are going to do it again!!!!

Friday December 5th 7:00pm
Gahanna Lanes 215 W. Johnstown Road
Gahanna, OH 43230

We will start the festivities at 7pm in party room #1 (to the far right as you enter the door)

We have also reserved 4 lanes from 7:00 - 9:00 and at least one of the lanes will have the ever popular bumpers (shoes are included)

Food and non alcoholic beverages will also be provide so please have you and your loved ones join us for some fun and food.
Whether you like to bowl or just want to hang out and socialize it will be a great time.

We would also like to invite our sponsors and their loved ones to please join us as well.

Sounds like a great idea to me for the year end meeting. Anyone can host a meeting and you could always put it together.

I have't been to the wapak bowling alley in ages.

We are open to about anything for the December meeting.  We will probably try to finalize things at the meeting this Saturday.

Seems to be about the middle for a lot of us.

I'd say put your name down and go for it.

Wapak is not really central for a Dayton based club.   I realize that there is some northern folks, but we have members doen near Cincinati too.  Troy is a better area

To keep things simple can someone more savvy on here sit up a poll for 12/5/14 to get an idea how many would want to attend and then we could contact the alley to get reservations if enough interest.
I have no problem with Wapakoneta,, Sidney, or Troy as a location? Where ever we can get the most participation from people on the forum would be best.
Any date later in the month and we start running into holiday issues.
Just my 2 cents worth and would like others opinions?

We are having the 4th annual Urbana holiday frag swap either 12/6 or 12/13. Ryan the host is waiting to her back on the availability of the tables. Based on that he will pick the day. I think we will know now that date by tomorrow.

Bowling sounds like fun. Perhaps Mid January would be good for the end of year/kick off new year meeting. We will all be pretty stir crazy by then.

Stop it Joe, you are making to much sense. I agree though, Ryan has already reached out to do the Urbana swap and that would give us a nice kick off meeting.

That does sound good and then maybe the bowling could a different meeting or an idea for next year.
