First Frag Swap Committee Meeting

We need to nail down a few big decisions quick, and decide which aspects everyone is interested in helping with.  

When: 16 Jan @ 1:30pm (just before the Jan Meeting)
Where: TBD, We'll find a location near the meeting location (Vandalia)

If you can't make it, dont worry I'll post up an agenda and the decisions that need to be made.  This meeting will also serve as a brainstorming session and ideas to improve last years swap.

Here's the list of those volunteered to help so far.  Please let me know if you would like to be added (we'll get you access to the "Frag Swap Committee" section of the forum)

Sounds great! I can get an 1.5 hour head start on my buzz  ;)

Please post up if you will be able to show up at 1:30 for the frag swap meeting so i'll know how many to plan for.

Well....... with the holiday on monday, this weekend is a 3 day weekend, and my wife just informed me that she may or maynot  ;) have been planning an out of town trip this weekend for my birthday ....Long story short, I feel really bad, but I am not going to be in town this weekend for either meeting. 

I will however, create an agenda and list out all the important decisions that need to be made quickly.  I will also post a few polls in the Frag swap committee board so everyone can voice their opinion on the decisions.

If anyone still wants to meet in my absence to discuss things, post up so we can see if it will even be worth Dave's time to host.  THanks and sorry for bailing out

Sheesh Wes...already coming up with excuses!  ;)  It's ok, we can handle things in your absence if you can make an agenda...list out your ideas, whatever.  Maybe me, you, and Mike can sit in on chat one night and discuss some stuff...that way we can pass on what you want to do at the meeting.  Do you have last year's budget?  I'll try to get you a budget for this year...I'll get with Rick on that...hopefully he's not swamped already from tax season.

We will still have a meeting in my absence if you are able to attend.  I have talk with Nikki and Mike, it will be a brainstorming session more or less.  Ideas of how to improve the swap from last year, ideas you may have picked up from other swaps, and idea on how best to advertise and get exposure to get the maximum turnout.

When: 16 Jan @ 1:30pm (just before the Jan Meeting at Dave's)

sorry i won't be able to make the meeting i think! It is one of my bestest friends b-day then and i sort of made plans with him sorry guys and gals. But maybe depending how late it runs i may be able to stop by.
