You may infect your display tank with ich when you add the clowns. They likely have it in their gills even though you see no symptoms. observation only QT Is risky.

Clowns are pretty resilient,  I have two clowns in Hypo.   They got ich from a Tang that I had in QT.  They are doing fine in there.

Of course the anemones can't go in any type of treatment for ich.

You can do either copper or hypo. Put your nem in your display tank as it won't live through hypo or copper. If your nem is in a rock remove it, rinse in saltwater and put nem in tank. This is because there could be ich in/on the rock depending on its life stage.

Im gonna be 100% honest.  I do NOT QT I use to until I was QTing fish when I bought them and they still got it.  Then I tried a QT tank for medication and such.  I found it stressed the fish out 200% more to try to catch them then just leave them in the tank and feed them with Garlic.  This is my personal luck with QT tanks however what works for me might not work for you.  However I just got a blue hippo 2 months ago and it got ich and i just increased the feedings with garlic pellets and luckely looks like its worked bc the fish is clear again and no other fish are showing signs of it.  Again this is in my case only.

Once it is in your display tank, short of removing every fish from the display........you will have to hope you can keep ahead of it.    But sooner or later the ich will win.    Good Luck
