Reef upgrade, slowly but surely..
« on: September 24, 2017, 19:06:48 »
As some of you know, I'm looking to move to the Cincinnati area at some point in the near future due to work.  As any good reefer, I looked at this opportunity to upgrade the system.  Surely, I have to break everything down anyway, why not reassemble it as a bigger and better display and fish room?  :be happy:

I have been slowly collecting the pieces for my upgrade and today the fish gods smiled upon me. I lucked upon this little gem...

150 gallon divided into (x6) 25g sections!

And a couple shots of the new tank with the 130g I picked up out of an old shop in downtown Cincinnati that will serve as the new display tank.

The 150, will serve as a perfect grow-out and quarantine system.  Of coarse I find this after making all the custom 20 gallons tanks!
