how to embed Photobucket videos?

I have seen youtube done, but can we embed photobucket vids? I tried to past the Flash address inbetween the [flash]tags.  No luck

Let me see if I've allowed Photobucket videos. You don't insert the tags, just post the link. When you actually post your post the software recognizes the video link and adds the appropriate tags automatically.
