possible sump tank? 55 gallons

This tank came with a 120g that I bought and it's in sorry shape. There is a big crack on the back panel and what looks like a burned plastic at the top where the crack starts.  If some needs a sump, this could be a quick and easy fix, if not it'll be dumpster food by next Friday.
