Aquanetics AI 30 UV Sterilizer - HELP!!!!!

Greetings all....

A while back, I picked up an old Aquanetics AI 30 UV sterilizer that was originally manufactured back in the 90's... anyways, picked up a new bulb before installing it on my system - problem is that I cannot find a manual anywhere that details the recommended flow rates for controlling paracites/bacteria vs algae nor disassembly/assembly instructions as both ends of the unit are identical and I do not want "force" the cap off the wrong end... I reached out to Aqua Logic Inc which I believe is what the company is now called, but they literally said "sorry, can't help you" - at least the response was same day... just wondering if anyone knows anything about this unit or can point me in the right direction... much appreciated and enjoy the rest of your day...
