Ohio Reef Club is proud to bring back our annual Frag Swap located in Dayton, OH. Join us as fish, coral & dry good vendors come together for this one-day event! Get your coolers ready (for the frags) cash is king, but there will be an ATM available just down the hall!

Booth options:
-Vendor Booth ? 10 x 10 booth- $100 Comes with (1) 8 ft table and 2 chairs. However you are more than welcome to bring your own and setup however you would like, with approval from host. Vendors are also required to donate to the raffle (a $50 gift card or specific frag valued at $50).
-Hobbyist table ? $50 includes 4ft table and 2 chairs. We will also have a narrow table behind each booth to hold your supplies needed for selling.
 
Setup can begin at 5:00pm ? 10:00pm Friday September 16th and 7:00am Saturday morning the 16th. For information on participating as a vendor please email ohioreefswap@gmail.com 
 
Tables supplied are normal 8ft folding tables? that will not support a large amount of weight. Please limit the size (weight) of the tanks to 20 gallons or less of water volume (tank size can be larger, but must only contain 20 gallons of water or less). All unsafe set-ups will be asked to be taken down as we want to try and avoid any accidents. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via E-mail at ohioreefswap@gmail.com 

All vendor and hobbyists with tanks are required to bring their own GFCI. You will not be allowed to setup at the swap without one connected to your outlet. There will not be any exceptions

Tables are selling out quick! If you are even considering a spot I would not hesitate to secure your table now! I didn?t expect this to take off so well, and I am humbled with the amount of participation from hobbyist and vendors! Couldn?t do this without them!

Is everyone going to be there at 5pm to help setup?

I have a few people who say they will be there at 5 or just after to help with setup. I will be heading over there at 1pm to begin running power to tables and getting things in order. I am getting things loaded up now. Lots of extension cords, cord covers, power strips, 6? tables. Plus all the raffle prizes to go still,

Had a good time at the Swap today, appreciate everyone who gave their time to make it happen. It was weird not having a table set up to sell corals. Really like the venue and good to see some faces I hadn't seen in a while.

It was good to see you for a moment! There?s a high chance we may be doing it again next year! Learned a few things from this event that I can easily adjust!

Thank you so much for coming out to vend! It was an experience for sure. Seeing it all come together made it completely worth it in the end.
