Here are a few shots of mine. 02 Yamaha Roadstar Warrior 1700. I've done some engine work and a few other things. I'm thinking of selling mine because I got a new sumer toy in the bottom pic. I'm just not riding anymore. My dad was killed 2 Summers ago on his and it's not my passion like it once was.

Sorry about your Dad man, I almost had the same with my Pops.  Lost it in some gravel on a good turn and ended up out in a field and wasn't found for a while.

I am selling my VTX off as well but because of my back.  I can no longer sit up on a cruiser.  I have to move to a sport bike where I can lean forward.  :(  Speeding tickets here I come.

The Viper however... BAMF!  What model is it?

Some jackface pulled out in front of my dad. He never saw it coming. Anyways

It's a 03 Srt-10 Viper. I still have not been able to drive it. I bought it Dec 31st. It's killing me to be just sitting in the garage.

I have a motorcycle meet up at my place every year. You guys should come up. It's in August. I can post the details.

Yeah man... post the details.

I don't think I could just see that ride sittin in the garage.  That would be rough.  I bet you can't wait for the roads to be clean and the warm weather!  I am pretty sure I would get a couple tickets first day out in that. hah

Here is a link to it on another site for this year.

http://rswarrior.com/forums/t/125901.aspx

I've been doing this for a few years now. I changed the date and moved it to the same time there is a Poker Run here in my local town. I don't have the farmland I use to so this gives us another option for alittle bit. Just a weekend of riding, shooting the crap & having fun.

What line of work are you in? I think i need to change careers to afford better toys.  ;D
75G Mixed Reef w/ 30G sump/refuge

Electrical Engineers do it on impulse, with faster rise times, with more power, and less resistance at higher frequencies, without shorts, until it Hertz

Work didn't pay for it. Years of saving and being a tight wad did.

Not sure. Pontoon or a deck boat probably. What does he have?

Joe... FWIW - there is a car auction in Franklin & once a month they auction RV's & Boats.  They have a LOT of stuff that goes through there & it might be worth looking into if you want a boat.  I can get you the link to their site if you want.

Back to bikes.... I need to clean mine up since it's been in storage all winter. Plus, my new one should be in any day & the dealership has to swap my XM receiver over to the new bike :)

Howdy! I see a lot of Harley's posted.....will you all take a sport bike rider?  ::)

I just got my endorsement last year at the end of the season, and I ride a Ninja 250. (For now!) My husband has a Ninja ZX-14 that got the whole process started, and my step-son just bought a Ninja 10R. We didn't intend to be totally Kawasaki flavored, it's just the way it worked out! LOL

I'll be glad to get out any ride soon! I was just getting the hang of it when it got cold.

OK, so since everyone here likes to ride, here is the bike we ride. My husband got this last year, and we didn't get much ride time on it, so this year we are hoping to make up for it, lol. This is our 81 Harley Davidson XLS Roadster.

Hey I have a ride planned for this Friday. We are meeting at the speedway in Huber Heights on the corner of Brant pike and Chambersburg rd at 7am and planning on rolling out at 7:30. We’re riding down through peebles down to the river over to Ripley then back. Anyone that wants to go let me know.

Once upon a time all I did was ride. But things in life changed ALOT a few years back. Working on getting another bike.

I started out on my trusty 93' Katana 600. $1000 bike in a box. I spent the better part of winter (and my income) rebuilding the carbs, forkseals, and valve shims. Rode about 17,000 miles I think the first year. I sold it and purchased a Twin Turbo 300ZX that a trucker took from me on the highway.

Then I purchased a GS500. I never really learned how to ride fast in the corners on my Pig Katana. The GS is where I learned how to be fast, on a slow bike. I had SO much fun on this little bike its scary.

I sold the GS500 and purchased a 96' CBR 600F3. Learned to wheelie, took out second gear. Once again, heavy, unresponsive in the corners, it had to go...

My Last bike was an 05' Yamaha R6 Raven. Black on Flat Black. Handled incredible. Stupid fast bike. This is were I really started to shine in the corners, and fine tuned my throttle control. Out riding much more expirenced friends in the twisties. This is also the time when things started to get bad at home. I don't think I really cared as much as I should have, and thats how I rode so fast and hard. I rode it to Florida to see my dad once. 22 hours straight, stoping only for gas and food. My neck still hurts from time to time. But wow, just wow. When the bike was sold, it had 22,000 miles on it. In about 1 years time. If the road was dry, I was on the bike. Even when it was below freezing out.

Thru the years I learned alot. Several head injuries (with Shoei hletmets), broken fingers, one thumb, and my right wrist. I still can't wait to get back on a bike. Hopefully this Spring.

But which bike?!? I have rode the big bikes, an 05' R1, a heavily modifed ZX-12R (OMG). But I never liked how heavy and long the big bikes are. Too slow in the corners. I think a GSX-R750 would be perfect...

Well our ride turned into a 280 mile ride. Anyone who knows southern Ohio will know the road we went down. We took 50 out of hillsboro to 41. All i can say about 41 is WOW  :o the twisties were unreal. Were going to try and take the same route again in a few weeks. If you have a sport bike and want to try out some nice tuns you gotta go down this road.

Be Careful,, i ride those roads quite often, and have came upon a lot of lose gravel in a lot of the roads down there, you have a lot of cars cutting the corners and throwing the burm gravel in the road, asphalt and gravel doesnt taste very good!!
