Are new users unable to send PM's? I get "You are not allowed to send personal messages. " when I try.

I believe you have to have a set number or posts before you are allowed. I think its 10 posts (could be wrong though)

Yes you need 10 post to be able to send pm's

You only have 5 post. You need 5 more to be able to send pm's
