I very recently bought CaribSea South Seas dry rock from Premium Aquatics. It's nice stuff.  Fairly light-weight, lots of holes, and pretty shapes.  I bought 2 40 lb boxes.  One box contained 5 pieces - 1 fairly large piece and 4 small pieces, the other box contained 6 pieces - 2 medium sized pieces and 4 small pieces.

Yes, we have a lot of it in stock.  $79.99 per box, they are about 40 pounds.

If you want some, I will sell it for $69.99 a box.  Come and get it!

How many pounds are you looking for?  I have a bunch left over from my tank build...not sure how much is left though.
