Title: GFO changing colors

I run two reactors of gfo, the last two times I have changed it I found the gfo in the 2nd reactor had turned a silver/gray color. The first reactor was still the same brown as when it started. Anyone else had this experience or have an explanation.

It seems to harden as well.
