Snail eggs

Today i was looking at my tank and saw a clear gel with white eggs in it on theglass could these be snail eggs, if theyare what can i do with them

spread them on a cracker... leave them there for your fish to eat..... place them in a refuge to allow them to grow provided they dont get eaten by anything in there....

I have this happening a few times a month and i just leave them. I have had a few snails actually survive through the whole process.
