I found this picture researching online for giant clams. It stated that this is one of the biggest gigas to be living still. Man wish I had a aquarium to house that thing...

Me too, too bad though that clams never get that big in captivity that i am aware of.

They live 100's of years. In fact the Guinness Book of Records oldest animal is a Arctica islandica Clam 400+ years. http://www.world-science.net/othernews/071030_old-clam.htm
