I had a friend whose clam ended up being grown over by zoanthids. If you didn't know better it looked like a piece of zoa covered rock... 'till it opened up. It was really cool.

I thought Tangs and Clams were a no no together? Had any trouble with the Tang nipping at the clam?

i have a 2 tangs with 3 clams together with no problems

Lol angels are neat but I love my two maxima's, I'm more of a coral fan anyways, of course there are some angels that you can keep with corals too.

I have a coral beauty and flame angel with a blue max clam and no problems. I've had them together for about 2 years.

yeah i believe that a lot of the times those don't mess with things the flame I have heard mixed reactions about sometimes they do sometimes they dont

it's a female Bellus angel, awesome fish & reef safe too.

I have been needing to keep a close eye on this fish recently, ever since it learned that Justin was planning on taking it home, it has been trying to jump out of the tank.

well your safe nikki they are just purple tiles not the flashing tiles i was looking for a pair of flashing tiles and no one could ever seem to get them for me so i went with the purple tiles. The picture is really bad in person they are the most awsome purple i have ever seen. I know how tricky they can be I have read I was actually surprised that they are both eating and were eating when i picked them up. Both also show no signs of swim bladder problems either. I think they were in a catch site a while before they were shipped because they both are very fat and eating like i said earlier. If you can get the flashers I will be very jealous of you.

Aw, that's awesome! I would be so nervous to order them in...so much risk. Glad to hear there are no problems! Those were possibly next on my list if I was going to do a "deepwater" tank.

Awww. The Blasto pic makes me sad. A colony of mine melted away. All but a few tiny heads, on the rip of the largest one. Still hanging on though. Great pics too!
