CORA Swap - Eggs or Sponge
« on: September 12, 2009, 19:33:55 »
Eggs or Sponge. Found on some zoa's I bought at the swap. Still sitting in the container. Debating whether to throw it out and take the loss on money or scrape off and put in QT. Let me know what you think. Here is a big picture http://i486.photobucket.com/albums/rr227/lazylivin/30809004-1.jpg

It's a sponge.  Can't be 100% sure on the color of that, but if it's purple...it could be a fairly common invasive sponge.  Just scrape it off...and watch it.

They are laffy taffy.

I believe your right and think it was a sponge. It is all scraped off now.

Cant wait to show you all pictures later. Very happy with 90% of the corals. Some exceeded expectations.
