Anemone encouragement

Any tips for getting an anemone out of this plastic bowl? It's foot seems quite rooted and the bowl looks silly in my tank. :). Thanks!

Through the plastic or directly touching the foot?

Credit card works pretty good. Can also cut the bowl with some scissors. That is good it is sticking and not floating..... You got a healthy one.

I hear of people directly touching the base, but through the plastic would probably be best for the nem

Thanks all. When I got home from dinner it had evacuated the bowl and nestled into the rocks. I guess I'll just let do its thing and hope it ends up somewhere acceptable. :)
