I definitely need a booster pump. Where is the best place to get a replacement di cartridge?

Any of our vendors can get you DI, but I normally get mine from Buckeye Field Supply.....   I order the Cation and Anion separately, as the Anion gets used at a faster rate than the Cation.   A Standard DI cartridge ussually use a 50/50 mix of Cation to Anion.
