2015 Ohio Reef Swap Date?

I was going to call our Venue tomorrow to see what dates they have available. LEAR is 2/28 and In-Inmas is 3/28. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?p=23145808#post23145808

Does anyone know of dates to stay away from in March other then those already mentioned. Any local games or anything that would affect turnout. I am not into sports so don't know where to check schedules. Perhaps 3/21? End of March seems to be the sweet spot for us

First four games for March Madness are Tuesday, March 17 and Wednesday, March 18. I'm not sure of anything other than that.

Probably because it is basically November and there isn't anything for a Ohio Reef swap. I would check into when the swap in Michigan is that followed the Ohio Reef swap on Sunday last year. Some of the top vendors including Jason Fox only came to Dayton because they were already going to Michigan.

2015 is gearing up to be another busy year.
It would be helpful if some events would move to a Sunday. There are just not enough Saturdays to fill the current number of events.

Looks like the 2nd and 3rd weeks of March are good. Is the Venue open those dates.

3/21 sounds like a good first pick, but that might be stepping on Indy.

4/18 might not be bad.

Indy generally has their swap a month or so after ours, the end of April the last 2 years. Not sure why they chose to schedule at this time. They are generally a few folks from IDMAS at the swap, seems more like they kinda scheduled theirs when they know ours usually is.

Probably because the date was open, and nobody knew if there was going to be a 2015 Ohio Reef swap. As of now there still isn't a 2015 Ohio Reef swap.

The swap in Mi was the Ann Arbor Swap.  I'm not sure which club runs that swap.

Got a hold of Venue today and they had 3/21 open so we are locked in. As of now Friday 3/20 evening is not scheduled so we will hopefully be able to get in night before for setup again.

Setting up on Friday was huge to some of the vendors. This should be done again if possible.

Was at Aquarium Artisans today. Informed them of our swap date, Jenn was ready to sign up. Told her we would get the info out to them.

It wasn't a frag swap, but I squeezed a trip to The Tropicorium in Michigan into a anniversary. Still have a few corals from that trip.
