is this good or bad

if you have read my other posts my tank is in the middle of a crash cause of ick and who knows what else i used my test kit and this is what i got was wondering if this is good or bad and what are the boundries that they should be in i know the ammonia is suppose to be 0 and i get the nitrites and nitrates mixed up anyway this is what i got.

AMMONIA        0
NITRITE           0
NITRATES     5.0
PHOSPHATE   .5
PH                8.0

any help would be great.
