I've been a member of the other local reef forums, figured I should join this one too.

My name is Jon and I've been collecting corals for a little over a year now. My first love is orchids, more specifically, asian ladyslippers, and I have collected them for the last 15 or so years since I was just a boy. I also raise a few species of bettas and killifish and blame them for getting me hooked enough to want to try a saltwater tank.

I currently have two reef dedicated tanks, a 12g AquaPod with a 70w MH and a 20g long AGA with a 150w MH. My main addictions are zoanthids/palythoas, mussids, and anything colorful and/or hard to find. I'll post some tank pics in a bit, and for now here's some non-reef hobby pics:
