Is there anywhere local to purchase float switches (the electrical kind) that are saltwater friendly, like the ones here: http://www.aquahub.com/store/ifloatfloatswitch.html (http://www.aquahub.com/store/ifloatfloatswitch.html)
My skimmer sometimes goes nuts and starts producing very wet skimmate and goes through a gallon very quickly (I have the collection cup dumping into a gallon jug, the largest I can fit behind my tank). I've had it overflow a few times and want to build a switch that will cut power to the skimmer if it gets too high in a jug.
Thanks,
Wayne

I read that Grainger had or has some. I'll look it up in my catalog.

I think this is the one you want:

That's it. I'll call them tomorrow and see if they have them. They're not far from me.
Thanks

I called Grainger and they have them for $11.37 each if anyone is interested. I'm going to get two and setup something so my skimmer can't flood me and also setup the second one so the display can't overflow.
