In the spirit of club participation and involvement, we are pleased to announce that Ohio Reef will be Raffling off a Neptune APEX Controller to one lucky Premium member at the year end meeting.
Sound great?!
For each meeting from now til the end of the year you have an opportunity to gain entry in this raffle, All we simply ask is that you show up ;). For each meeting that you attend as a premium member you will gain one entry for the end year raffle(this is completely seperate from the normal raffles that take place at the meetings). The Raffle will run starting in May, with the winner being announced at the December meeting(which will be the last entry possible).. That's 8 possible entry's just for showing up ;).
The entry will only be in the name of the premium member, they are non transferrable, and will be kept digitally on the site. Attendance from each meeting will be posted on that meetings thread; with the official entry count being credited on the official raffle thread. You dont need to be present to collect the prize(though keep in mind you loose an entry that way ;P), You must also be a premium member at time of winning.
We are working to secure a deal on a specific unit, once completed we will post the specifics. We just wanted to get this notification out as early as possible, so that folks have time to make arrangements to attend the May meeting.

**Update(5/25/13), We are adding a 2nd and 3rd place prize, we have not fully decided on the prize however we will post more details to come.. The only change to rules is that in addition to what is mentioned above you may only win 1 prize, if you win Tier 1/2/3 you will not be eligible for any of the other tiers of prizes, your name will be withdrawn and a new name will be randomly drawn.**

Very cool.... Hopefully I can host a meeting this summer but I need my ponds to be closer to completion then they are now. Hopefully get a back hoe in my backyard early june..... If I can do one I will let you know

Yes indeed, now I just need to figure away around my work schedule to make it to some meetings.

By all means guys please suggest locations and times. We are not opposed to hosting during the week at night, etc, but we need help determining a good time for everyone. Please help us help you by sending location suggestions(your private prop or public) and times to an officer!

I'll host one in Wapakoneta my parents said I could I'll figure out which month and then I'm pretty open to times and days so just let me know when would be good

The OP has been updated to reflect the 2013 attendance, and the total number of entries. Obviously if you are a premium member, you still have the chance for one more entry at the December 1st meeting.
The drawing will happen at the December 1st meeting......although you need not be present to win. If there are questions on the raffle process or the above totals. Please speak-up before December 1st, or forever hold your peace.
