I thought I would share a pic of 2 of my corals that are growing into each other. The front coral is a garf acro and the back one is a green slimmer. If you look close in the lower middle of the pic you can see where the slimmer is overgrowing the garf. I watched them closely to see that they wouldnt kill each other and was happy to see they didnt. The slimmer is the faster grower and has overtaken the garf. pretty cool

Yes I tried to host a jpeg file on image shack but it didnt come through. I camera takes all photos as a jpeg. If anyone can pm me with instructions how to do this i would appreciate it.

that is awesome! I love that bonsai. I got a frag from my buddy the other day and it is 2 differnet birdsnest glued together on the same plug. They seem to be getting along, and I cant wait to see what it looks like when it is grown out.

But it is killing the Garf......overgrowing it and blocking the light. Attach and defense mechanisms are so cool

The contact point actually is at the tip of each branch. I can always snip off the 2 branches if I think there will be any problems.

If you do end up cutting true tips off let me know. I'm always in the market for acro frags.
