That is a cool tank, stand and idea. Now I want a harem tank.
On a side note. A couple of my friends have been Psycho Physically Castrated by their wives.

Brian I blame you for this. Now I want one of this tanks. I've been surching on the line and have come up empty handed. Anyone know where I can find a price on that tank and stand?

The stand material is common extruded aluminum framing.....I'm sure this is a european brand, but would be similar to what http://www.8020.net/ (http://www.8020.net/) sells.    I'm not really keen on this type of framing for that much weight.   The fasteners can become loose over time, this is caused by the aluminum in the clamping channel slightly deforming over time.

I am more interested in the panels covering the frame. I'm not sure on strength and was just trusting that Vertex had done the math on that.

trust the frame Twisted. they build rack systems out of this material. yes the fasteners can come loose but that's when there is significant side to side force. with our tanks it's mostly down force. an fasteners could be checked regularly. BUT these stands can be pricey for sure !!!
