Title: hermit crabs and lunar wrasse

can i put hermit crabs in with a lunar wrasse or will he eat them...???

My experience is that they will eat any invert, particularly ones with shells. My uncle had one, and even though it’s a cool looking fish he couldn’t keep a cuc. Also, I think they can grow pretty big, not sure if it matters but I thought I would throw that out there.

I had a fish only tank for a while about a year ago and had a small lunar wrasse i had a couple of crabs and snails in there but not for long. I would not suggest the two together  :laugh:

Lunare wrasse will eat small hermit crabs, larger hermits should be ok.
