Coralife Pro 48" light fixture for sale... with a small catch

I have a 48" Coralife Pro light fixture for sale. 

It has the following:

2 - 96w PC's using dual 430-465nm actinics
2 - 150w metal halide units with external ballasts; bulbs are Phoenix 14000K double-ended HQI's
3 - blue moonlight LED's

Everything works, unit is like new, and I'll even toss in a brand new hanging kit for this fixture - a $40 value.  This is not a salt creep encrusted piece of junk.   The unit will be completely disassembled and cleaned prior to turning it over to the buyer.

The bulbs were bought new from Phishy Business, and have been running since August.

Going to LED's and will not need it after the first of the year, which is the catch.  Posting it now so that people can shop before Christmas.  Unit will be available in early January for pickup.

This unit retails new for $829.99.  Asking $475 and I think it's a pretty good deal for the $.
